We are looking for an experienced Project Manager / Scrum Master to join our team for a Contract opportunity in Hyderabad.

Candidates with strong experience in one or more of the following areas are preferred:

- Banking / Financial Services / BFSI
- Oracle Fusion ERP
- Finance Transformation / R2R (Record-to-Report)
- Pricing & Billing / Billing Transformation
- Master Data Management (MDM)
- Revenue Transformation / Revenue Management
- Q2C / O2C processes

? Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Finance, R2R, and Billing Transformation programs.
- Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Manage program governance, risks, dependencies, stakeholder communication, and executive reporting.
- Partner with Finance teams on GL, Fixed Assets, Revenue Recognition, Billing, and Financial Reporting transformation.
- Lead and support Oracle Fusion ERP implementation and transformation initiatives.
- Drive MDM governance across customer, product, pricing, and financial data.
- Manage cross-functional and distributed/global teams.




- Track Agile delivery metrics, remove impediments, and drive continuous improvement.

✅ Required Skills & Experience
- 9–12 years of overall IT experience
- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master / Project Manager
- Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and Agile methodologies
- Experience managing distributed/global teams
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, MS Project, ServiceNow, and Power BI

⭐ Good to Have
- Billing Modernization / Revenue Transformation experience
- Customer, Product, Pricing, or Financial Master Data governance
- Q2C / O2C / R2R experience
- Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Capital Markets, Insurance, or FinTech
- Finance Shared Services / GBS transformation experience
- Certifications: CSM, SSM, Protected, PMI-ACP, PMP
