Job Summary

We are looking for a Project Manager with hands-on experience in hardware deployment and IT infrastructure rollout projects. The role involves project planning, vendor management, delivery tracking, stakeholder coordination, and project financial management.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute hardware deployment / infrastructure rollout projects end-to-end.
- Build project plans, schedules, milestones, and deployment timelines.
- Manage multiple vendors, suppliers, and implementation partners.
- Track deliverables, dependencies, risks, issues, and project timelines.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Manage project budgets, forecasting, billing, and P&L;/financials.
- Coordinate with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
- Conduct project status/governance meetings and provide regular updates.
- Maintain project documentation and manage changes/escalations.

Required Skills
- 2-8 years of Project Management experience.




- Strong experience in Hardware Deployment / IT Infrastructure Deployment / Technology Rollouts.
- Experience in project planning and multiple vendor management.
- Experience with project budgeting, financial management, forecasting, or P&L;.
- Robust stakeholder management, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- PMP certification preferred.

Preferred Domain: Hardware Rollouts, Data Center Deployment, Server/Storage Deployment, Network Equipment Deployment, Device Rollouts, IT Hardware Refresh, Infrastructure Upgrade/Migration Projects.

Important Note

Candidates with only generic IT Project Management, Software Development, Application Development, AI/ML, or Agentic AI project experience without hands-on hardware/infrastructure deployment experience will not be considered.
