Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Adyar.

The Project

Manager oversees end-to-end delivery of software products, including project planning, scope definition, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management. In this role, the individual coordinates cross-functional teams, facilitates communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders, and ensures alignment with client goals and product strategy. Day-to-day responsibilities include tracking progress against milestones, managing budgets and timelines, conducting stand-ups and review meetings,



and resolving issues that may impact quality or delivery.

The Project

Manager also contributes to continuous improvement by refining processes, adopting best practices, and supporting discovery, estimation, and roadmap planning for recent projects.

Qualifications

- Project management skills, including planning, scheduling, scope management, and risk mitigation for software or digital product initiatives.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams (engineering, design, QA, product) and managing stakeholder communication and expectations.
- Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile/Scrum, Kanban, JIRA, Trello, or similar platforms).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a user-first mindset and focus on delivering measurable outcomes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including documentation, status reporting, and client-facing interaction.
- Ability to work on-site in Velachery and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, iterative product development environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, business, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile, Scrum Master) are an advantage.
- Experience in product companies, startups, or digital transformation projects in domains such as education or healthcare is preferred.
