Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager to manage exhibition, retail, interior, and fabrication projects from initial brief to final handover.

The Project Manager will be responsible for planning and coordinating with clients, designers, production teams, vendors, site teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and as per approved designs and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Take complete ownership of assigned projects from project kickoff to final handover.
- Understand client requirements, scope, drawings, BOQs, timelines, and deliverables.
- Prepare detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and execution strategies.
- Coordinate with clients, designers, 3D teams, production, procurement, vendors, logistics, and site teams.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of all activities.
- Coordinate fabrication and production activities according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Manage exhibition stall installation, site execution, dismantling, and handover.




- Conduct regular project reviews and identify potential delays, risks, and dependencies.
- Ensure materials, manpower, and other resources are available as per project requirements.
- Manage subcontractors, vendors, fabricators, and site manpower.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
- Track project costs, budgets, purchase requirements, and additional client requirements.
- Handle client communication, project updates, approvals, and issue resolution.
- Coordinate logistics and transportation for materials and site requirements.
- Manage last-minute changes and resolve execution issues under tight deadlines.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, checklists, and completion records.
- Ensure projects are completed within agreed scope, cost, quality, and timeline.
- Conduct post-project reviews and identify opportunities for process improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Project Management, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, Operations, or a related field.
- 4–8 years of relevant experience in exhibition, event fabrication, interiors, retail fit-outs,



construction, or related project execution.
- Robust knowledge of exhibition stall fabrication and on-site execution will be preferred.
- Good understanding of drawings, BOQs, materials, fabrication processes, and site execution.
- Robust vendor and manpower management skills.
- Excellent client-handling and communication abilities.
- Strong planning, coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and project management tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict project deadlines.
- Willingness to travel to project/exhibition sites across India.
