As Project Manager - Migration Programs, M&A; / Separation & Cloud Transformation, you will lead the planning, coordination, tracking, and reporting of complex technology migration initiatives across products, IT teams, security, infrastructure, and cloud platforms.

This role is focused on driving migrations in environments such as on-premise to cloud, cloud-to-cloud, tenant-to-tenant, platform consolidation, or technology transitions related to mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, carve-outs, or business separations.

You will act as an enabler across teams, helping product owners, IT teams, engineering groups, security stakeholders, and other project managers stay aligned through structured governance, clear migration tracking, KPI-based reporting, and transparent board management.

The ideal candidate is self-driven, highly structured, comfortable working across multiple stakeholder groups, and able to translate migration activities into measurable progress, risks, blockers, and actionable next steps.

What You ll Do

- Lead and coordinate migration-focused technology projects across cloud, infrastructure, enterprise applications, identity, security, and IT operations.
- Manage migration initiatives such as on-premise to cloud, cloud-to-cloud, tenant-to-tenant, application migration, data migration, platform migration, or environment separation.
- Support M&A;, acquisition, divestiture, carve-out, spin-off, or separation programs by coordinating technology workstreams and ensuring migration activities remain aligned with business timelines.
- Engage with multiple product teams, IT teams, project managers, security teams, cloud teams, operations teams, and business stakeholders to drive follow-ups, unblock dependencies, and maintain delivery momentum.
- Create and manage program boards across products and workstreams, ensuring migration tasks, blockers, ownership, timelines, and status updates are clearly visible and actively maintained.
- Convert migration activities into measurable data points, such as number of applications migrated, percentage completion, pending tasks, blockers, risk counts, dependency status, cutover readiness, and post-migration stabilization metrics.
- Develop KPI-driven reporting to provide transparency into migration progress, delivery health, risks, issues, and upcoming milestones.
- Establish and maintain a single source of truth for project status, migration progress, dependencies, risks, decisions, and stakeholder actions.
- Drive structured governance routines, including status meetings, follow-up sessions, migration readiness reviews, dependency reviews, risk reviews, and executive updates.
- Track and manage risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and action items across multiple parallel migration workstreams.
- Support transition, cutover, and stabilization planning,



ensuring teams are prepared for migration execution and post-migration support.
- Bridge technical and non-technical teams by translating migration challenges into clear action plans, measurable outcomes, and stakeholder-specific updates.
- Enable product and IT teams by creating structure, improving visibility, driving accountability, and helping teams focus on execution.

What You Bring Must-Haves

- Proven experience as a Project Manager or Program Manager leading complex technology migration or transformation initiatives.
- Strong experience working on migration projects, such as:
- On-premise to cloud migration
- Cloud-to-cloud migration
- Tenant-to-tenant migration
- Application migration
- Infrastructure migration
- Platform or enterprise system migration

- Experience supporting projects related to mergers, acquisitions, separations, divestitures, carve-outs, or spin-offs.
- Ability to work across multiple stakeholder groups, including product teams, IT teams, project managers, security teams, engineering teams, cloud teams, and operations teams.
- Strong ability to drive follow-ups, manage dependencies, and ensure accountability across teams that may not directly report into the project manager.
- Experience creating and maintaining project boards, migration trackers, dashboards, RAID logs, dependency trackers, and status reporting mechanisms.
- Ability to translate migration work into numbers, KPIs, and measurable reporting, such as:

- Total applications or workloads in scope
- Number migrated
- Number pending
- Migration completion percentage
- Blocked items
- Open risks and issues
- Readiness status
- Cutover progress
- Post-migration defects or stabilization metrics

- Ability to create transparency across complex initiatives by maintaining a reliable source of truth for migration status, ownership, progress, and blockers.
