About the Role
Light Tree Technology India Private Limited is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager to lead manufacturing and product development projects from planning to execution. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in manufacturing operations, cross-functional coordination, process improvement, vendor management, and project execution. Candidates from the medical devices industry will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery within defined timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with production, procurement, quality, R&D;, supply chain, and operations teams for smooth project execution.
- Develop project schedules, resource plans, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with manufacturing standards, quality processes, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor production timelines and resolve operational bottlenecks effectively.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for productivity, efficiency, and cost optimization.
- Manage vendor coordination and ensure timely material availability.
- Prepare and present project status reports to management.
- Support implementation of ERP systems and process automation initiatives where required.
- Ensure adherence to factory compliance, safety, and operational guidelines.
- Meet and discuss with international clients for project kick-off, project updates, coordination, and review meetings to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or related field.
- MBA/Project Management certification will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing industry project management.
- Prior experience in medical devices manufacturing will be highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production planning, and quality systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools.

- Experience handling multiple manufacturing projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with ISO standards and compliance processes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and growth-oriented environment.
