Role Description This is a full time, on-site Project Manager role based in Noida.

The Project

Manager will oversee end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery for initiatives that support Justdial’s platforms and services.

Responsibilities include defining project scope and timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing resources and budgets, and tracking progress against milestones. The role involves identifying risks, implementing corrective actions, and ensuring adherence to quality, compliance, and organizational standards.

The Project

Manager will also prepare status reports, communicate with stakeholders,



and drive continuous improvement in project management processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, execution, monitoring, and stakeholder communication.
- Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to manage timelines, follow up on deliverables, and ensure on-time completion of project activities.
- Candidates should possess Inspection skills to verify project outputs, compliance with requirements, and adherence to quality standards.
- Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to coordinate materials, resources, and operational support needed for project delivery.
- Relevant experience in managing technology, operations, or service-oriented projects, ideally within large or fast-growing organizations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities, with attention to detail and effective time management.
- Clear and professional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Management, or a related field; professional project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) are an advantage.
