- Manage end-to-end fit out projects across multiple commercial properties ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.

- Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and conduct regular site checks across all properties to verify progress and compliance.

- Coordinate with tenants, contractors, consultants, and building management to align project objectives and expectations.

- Review and approve design drawings, specifications, and technical submissions for compliance with building codes and standards.

- Conduct site inspections and quality audits to ensure workmanship meets approved plans and quality benchmarks.

- Prepare cost estimates, manage project budgets, and control expenditures through BOQ verification, quotation reviews, and variation order management.





- Ensure all fit out works comply with local regulations, fire safety codes, accessibility standards, and environmental requirements.

- Administer fit out contracts, monitor contractor performance, and resolve disputes to minimize project disruption.

- Facilitate regular project meetings and provide transparent communication on progress, challenges, and solutions to stakeholders.

- Maintain comprehensive project documentation including BOQs, contracts, approvals, warranties, certifications, and as-built drawings for all sites
