Role

- Work closely with client Business and IT teams to manage HR IT system implementation projects

- Create, maintain, and track detailed project plans

- Oversee end-to-end project execution to ensure timelines, scope, and deliverables are met

- Identify potential project risks and issues and support mitigation planning

- Monitor project risks/issues and escalate as required

- Maintain complete project documentation, including project charters, schedules, and status reports

- Prepare and share regular project status updates with stakeholders

- Manage stakeholder communication and expectations effectively

Experience

- 8–12 years of overall experience

- Mandatory experience working on HR IT systems in a contractor role





- Experience in implementing or supporting HR IT systems

- Robust experience in project planning, status reporting, risk management, and stakeholder management

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Education and Trainings

- Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Computer Science, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field

- Project Management certification (CAPM, PMP, or equivalent) is an advantage but not mandatory
