ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong building construction background to lead and manage projects in Ahmedabad. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project execution, ensuring timely completion, quality, cost control and adherence to safety standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Manage end-to-end execution of building construction projects from planning through completion.
- Lead project planning, scheduling, execution and monitoring.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors and internal teams.
- Monitor project progress against approved timelines, budgets and quality standards.
- Ensure effective execution of civil, structural and finishing works.
- Review drawings, specifications, BOQs and construction methodologies.
- Identify project risks, delays and technical issues and drive timely resolution.
- Ensure adherence to quality, safety and statutory requirements.
- Monitor contractor performance, productivity and resource deployment.




- Prepare regular project progress reports and MIS for senior management.
- Drive coordination between design, procurement, contracts and site teams.
- Ensure timely handover of projects as per defined standards.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

- 15- 22 years of experience in project execution and construction management.
- Building construction experience is mandatory.
- Candidates from Real Estate / Residential / Commercial / High-Rise Building projects will be preferred.
- Strong experience in managing large-scale construction projects.
- Proven ability to manage contractors, consultants and multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong knowledge of construction planning, execution, quality and safety.
- Valuable communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- BE/B.Tech Civil Engineering preferred.
