This role will report into Ratnakar Padhi

Scope of Role The Project Manager - MEP is responsible for ensuring all the planning execution of all the MEP project works as per the project timelines ensures all the reporting, documentation is in order as per our contractual scope.

Internal Relationships: All internal stakeholders

External Relationships: All external stakeholders

Job Purpose The purpose of this role is delivering the project with exceeding client expectations in all the aspects of the project operations with zero escalations

Accountabilities

Key Result Area

Major Activities

- Stakeholder management
- Manage all the stakeholders of the project with utmost authority confidence

Project Monitoring
- Project monitoring as per GFC, schedules, BOQ, design specifications etc.

Documentation control
- Complete governance on the project documentation for all stages of project audits

Project Planning
- Make track the schedule of all the works as per the client requirements project timelines

Other
- Proactively review workplace systems / processes to innovate and continuously improve the business performance and workplace experience
- Performs other duties as requested by your direct manager
- Occasional requirement to work extended hours during peak times or to assist with major functions/events
- Development of operational standards / playbooks / operating manuals for all aspects of the business

Background Experience
- Overall experience of 15-18 years relevant experience preferably from IPC PMC organizations in handling MEP works in the project including Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting etc must have done base build projects and experienced all the coordination works with other stakeholders.

Qualifications Technical Skills
- B. Tech in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering, understanding of all the MEP technical aspects of the base build projects
