Role Description This is a full-time, in office Project Manager role based in Delhi, India.

The Project

Manager will oversee end-to-end project execution for IT infrastructure initiatives, including planning, scheduling, resource coordination, and budget tracking.

Responsibilities include managing expediting activities to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials, coordinating inspections, and aligning logistics management with project timelines. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams, vendors, and clients to monitor progress, mitigate risks, and resolve issues.

The Project

Manager will prepare regular status reports, maintain project documentation, and ensure adherence to quality standards and contractual commitments.

Qualifications





- Candidates should possess strong project management skills, including Project Management and Expediting experience.
- Candidates should possess expeditor-related capabilities, such as Expeditor and Expediting skills for tracking orders and deliveries.
- Candidates should possess quality and compliance skills, including Inspection experience for materials and project deliverables.
- Candidates should possess operational and coordination skills, including Logistics Management for handling shipments, inventory, and on-site coordination.
- Relevant experience in IT infrastructure or related technology projects is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Strong communication, documentation, and relationship-management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, IT, business, or a related field; project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are an advantage.
- Minimum 10 Years of experience in managing the information security of large Organizations /departments. Should have Graduate/master’s degree from a recognized university.
- Should be PMP certified, also additional security certification like CISSP/CISM/CISA/CEH will be an added advantage.
- Hands-on experience of minimum 5 (Five) Years in cybersecurity operations.
- Project Management experience with excellent communication skills. The resources will act as a SPOC for End Customer and MSP , and will be responsible for resolving any queries or issues faced by the users.
