Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and supervise civil, plumbing, electrical, HVAC and other MEP works.

2)Coordinate and monitor ongoing construction, renovation and maintenance projects. 3)Ensure work is completed as per quality standards, approved drawings and timelines.

4)Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants and internal teams.

5)Monitor project progress, manpower, materials and costs.

6)Identify technical issues and provide practical solutions.

7)Ensure compliance with safety standards and statutory requirements.

1. Prepare project reports, estimates and progress updates for management.

Candidate Profile:

- B.E./B.Tech./Diploma in Civil Engineering preferred.
- 8-10 years of relevant experience, preferably in resorts, hotels, hospitality projects or large commercial projects.
- Solid practical knowledge of Civil + Plumbing + Electrical + MEP works.
- Must be capable of independently handling multiple projects and contractors.
- Solid leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on technical knowledge and project execution experience are essential.
- Joining 10 - 15 days.
