This role is about turning plans into outcomes. You’ll be responsible for driving projects from initiation to completion—ensuring timelines, stakeholders, resources, and execution stay aligned without losing momentum.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, manage, and execute projects within defined scope, timelines, and budgets

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery

- Define project plans, milestones, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies

- Track progress, identify blockers early, and drive timely resolutions

- Communicate project status, updates, and risks to stakeholders regularly

- Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and process adherence throughout the project lifecycle

- Manage resource allocation and prioritize tasks effectively

- Drive accountability across teams while maintaining delivery quality

Required Skills & Experience

- 4–8+ years of experience in project management or delivery roles





- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.)

- Excellent planning, coordination, and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in rapid-paced environments

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities

- Experience using project management tools like Jira, Asana, Trello, MS Project, or similar

Good to Have

- PMP / Scrum certification

- Experience managing technology or product-driven projects

- Exposure to budgeting, vendor coordination, or client management

- Understanding of software development lifecycles
