We are looking for a Project Manager to take complete ownership of our B2B travel technology platform and coordinate its development, maintenance, integrations, and continuous improvement. The candidate will act as a bridge between the management, technology team, and business/operations teams to ensure smooth and timely execution of all technology-related projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor the overall B2B travel technology platform and its development roadmap.
- Plan, prioritize, and execute new features, upgrades, and system enhancements.
- Coordinate with QA, operations, and management.
- Gather business requirements and convert them into clear technical/project requirements.
- Manage API integrations for air tickets, hotels, packages, payments, visas, CRM, and other travel services.
- Track development, testing, deployment, and post-launch activities.
- Identify and resolve project issues, delays, dependencies, and technical bottlenecks.
- Conduct regular testing and ensure the platform is stable, secure, and user-friendly.
- Collect feedback from internal teams and B2B partners and suggest product improvements.
- Maintain project timelines, documentation, task lists, and progress reports.
- Ensure all projects are delivered within defined timelines and business requirements.
- Continuously explore ways to improve the platform's functionality, automation, performance, and partner experience.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Project Management / Product Management,
preferably in the travel-tech or B2B technology industry.
- Strong understanding of web portals, APIs, software development, integrations, and SDLC.
- Experience working with developers and technical teams.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Good understanding of travel technology will be an advantage.
- Experience with B2B travel platforms, booking engines, GDS, APIs, CRM, or payment integrations will be preferred.
