Role & responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end delivery of project roll-out services across multiple business units and geographies.

- Define project scope, timelines, budgets, resource requirements, and delivery plans in collaboration with stakeholders.

- Monitor project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure successful and timely project execution.

- Coordinate with regional functional teams, shared services teams, and local country platforms to deliver high-quality project outcomes.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related escalations and stakeholder communication.

- Ensure project queries and implementation issues are resolved proactively and within agreed timelines.

- Drive project governance activities, including status reporting, documentation, and compliance tracking.

- Support project teams by providing guidance, expertise, and problem-solving assistance throughout the project lifecycle.

- Identify opportunities for process optimization, operational excellence, and cost-efficiency improvements.

- Develop and maintain project knowledge repositories, best practices, and lessons learned documentation.

- Collaborate with internal and cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives.

- Lead and mentor project team members, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and capability development.

- Support hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance development activities for project team members.

- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, governance standards, EHS, CSR, and statutory requirements.





- Prepare and present project dashboards, KPIs, demand plans, and management reports.

- Contribute to SAP/S4HANA or ERP implementation and transformation projects where applicable.

Preferred candidate profile

Education

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, Engineering, Project Management, or related disciplines.

Experience

- 4-6 years of Project Management, Program Management, PMO, or Project Delivery experience.

- Minimum 2 years of experience leading projects or supervising project teams.

- Proven success in managing teams of 5-15 members in complex, rapid-paced environments.

- Experience working in Shared Services, Global Business Services (GBS), or multinational organizations.

- Experience in project rollouts, implementation programs, business transformation, or process improvement initiatives.

- Exposure to SAP, SAP S/4HANA, or ERP implementation projects is preferred.

Technical & Professional Skills

- Strong Project Management and Project Delivery expertise.

- Knowledge of Project Governance, Risk Management, Change Management, and Stakeholder Management.

- Experience managing cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams.

- Familiarity with ERP implementation methodologies and Supply Chain processes.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and people management capabilities.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, and MS Project.

- Fluent verbal and written English communication skills.

- Knowledge of additional Asian languages will be an advantage.
