We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Management Executive to join our team in Surat. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating, monitoring, and supporting various project activities to ensure timely and efficient project execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and execution.
- Coordinate with internal departments, project teams, clients, vendors, and contractors.
- Monitor project progress and ensure activities are completed as per the planned timeline.
- Prepare and maintain project schedules, MIS reports, progress reports, and other project documentation.
- Follow up with concerned teams for pending activities and project deliverables.
- Identify project-related issues and coordinate for timely resolution.
- Support management in project review meetings and prepare required reports and presentations.
- Maintain proper documentation related to project planning and execution.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination between all stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:




- 2–3 years of experience in Project Management or Project Coordination.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of MS Project or other project management tools will be an added advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work within deadlines.
- Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Candidates with experience in Construction, Engineering, or Industrial Projects will be preferred.

Qualification:
- B.E./B.Tech / Diploma / MBA or any relevant qualification.
- Relevant experience in Project Management / Project Coordination.

Job Location: Surat, Gujarat We are looking for candidates who are proactive, organized, and capable of coordinating multiple project activities efficiently.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
