Department: Project Management

1. Qualifications:

a) B.E./B.Tech. in Electronics & Communication, Electrical & Electronics, Electronics & Instrumentation, Mechanical or related Engineering discipline with 1825 years of experience in Project Management or Program Coordination within the automotive electronics domain.

b) Good understanding of Automotive Product Development Lifecycle (NPD/NPI) and project execution for electronic products.

c) Solid knowledge of Automotive Quality Core Tools such as APQP, PPAP, DFMEA, PFMEA, Control Plan, MSA, and SPC.

d) Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams across Hardware, Software, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Supplier Development.

e) Familiarity with automotive electronics products such as ECUs, sensors, controllers, or embedded systems is preferred.

f) Hands-on experience with MS Project, Excel, SAP, and PLM tools such as Teamcenter or Windchill.

g) Knowledge of Engineering Change Management (ECR/ECN), BOM management, and configuration control.

h) Strong understanding of project tracking, milestone management, and production launch readiness.

2. Roles & Responsibilities:

a)



Support end-to-end execution of automotive electronics development projects from concept through SOP and production ramp-up.

b) Track project schedules, milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies to ensure on-time execution.

c) Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Hardware, Software, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain to meet project objectives.

d) Support APQP execution, PPAP submissions, engineering changes (ECR/ECN), and production readiness activities.

e) Monitor prototype builds, validation activities, tooling readiness, and product launch execution.

f) Prepare project dashboards, status reports, and management review presentations.

g) Coordinate with suppliers for component development, qualification, and production support.

h) Support issue resolution, risk mitigation, and escalation management during project execution.

i) Ensure compliance with automotive customer requirements, APQP processes, and internal quality systems.

j) Drive continuous improvement in project execution, planning efficiency, and delivery performance.
