Project Management Consultant – Hospital Projects

We are looking for an experienced Project Management Consultant (PMC) to lead and coordinate hospital construction and development projects in Nagpur. The candidate should have strong experience in hospital/healthcare projects, including planning, execution, consultant coordination, project monitoring, and handover.

Key Responsibilities

- Overall project planning, monitoring, and execution of hospital projects.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, contractors, vendors, and hospital management.
- Prepare and monitor project schedules, milestones, and construction programs.
- Track project progress against approved cost, quality, scope, and timelines.
- Review architectural, structural, MEP, fire-fighting, medical-gas, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other technical drawings.
- Coordinate design development and resolve technical issues between consultants and contractors.
- Monitor civil, finishing, MEP, interior, and external development works.
- Conduct regular site meetings and progress review meetings and issue MOM/action points.
- Monitor contractor performance and ensure timely completion of works.
- Review BOQs, estimates, tender documents, work orders, and contractor bills.
- Assist in tendering, contractor selection, negotiation, and appointment.
- Identify project risks, delays, and cost overruns and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with applicable hospital, fire, safety, statutory,



and local authority requirements.
- Coordinate inspections, testing, commissioning, snagging, and final handover.
- Maintain project documentation, progress reports, drawings, approvals, and records.
- Provide regular reports to the Director / Management on project status, key issues, and decisions required.

Required Experience
- 8–15 years of relevant experience in project management / PMC / construction management.
- Mandatory or strongly preferred: experience in hospital or healthcare construction projects.
- Experience handling large-scale hospital buildings, healthcare facilities, or institutional projects.
- Strong knowledge of civil construction, MEP services, HVAC, fire fighting, medical gases, electrical systems, and hospital interiors.
- Experience coordinating multiple consultants and contractors.
- Valuable understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, tendering, contracts, and billing.
- Strong communication, negotiation, coordination, and reporting skills.
- Should be comfortable working at project sites and coordinating with senior management.

Qualification B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering / Architecture / MEP Engineering or equivalent.

PMP / project-management certification will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate A candidate who has successfully managed hospital construction projects from design/concept stage through construction, commissioning, and handover will be preferred.

Location: Nagpur, with travel to project sites/consultant offices as required.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
