PMC MANAGER – LITHIUM-ION BATTERY PROJECT

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 8–15 Years

CTC: ₹20–30 LPA, depending on experience, relevant project exposure and track record

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech./Diploma – Engineering / Project Management

Reporting To: Managing Director / Project Director

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced PMC Manager to lead and coordinate the execution of a Lithium-Ion Battery Manufacturing Project, ensuring timely completion within approved scope, cost, quality and schedule.

Robust experience working with / coordinating Big 4 and reputed consulting/PMC organizations such as Deloitte, EY, KPMG, BGS and similar firms is a KEY REQUIREMENT.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead overall PMC, project planning, execution and monitoring.
- Coordinate with Deloitte, EY, KPMG, BGS and other reputed PMC / consulting organizations.
- Coordinate with Chinese technology partners, equipment suppliers and engineering teams.
- Monitor civil, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, utilities and production equipment installation.
- Track equipment delivery, installation, commissioning and trial production.
- Monitor CAPEX, project budget, contractors and vendors.
- Identify project risks, delays and critical issues and drive timely corrective action.
- Conduct project review meetings and ensure closure of action points.
- Prepare weekly/monthly MIS reports for MD / Top Management.
- Ensure quality, EHS, statutory compliance and production readiness.

CANDIDATE PROFILE





- 8–15 years of relevant experience in PMC / EPC / Industrial Project Management / Manufacturing Plant Setup.
- Proven experience coordinating with Deloitte / EY / KPMG / BGS or similar reputed consulting/PMC organizations is highly preferred.
- Experience in Lithium-Ion Battery / EV / Automotive / Energy Storage / Advanced Manufacturing is highly preferred.
- Strong experience in equipment installation, commissioning and project execution.
- Experience coordinating with Chinese companies / technology partners / equipment suppliers.
- Strong English communication and presentation skills.
- Mandarin / Chinese language knowledge is an added advantage.
- Good knowledge of MS Project / Primavera, Excel, PowerPoint and MIS reporting.
- Strong leadership, coordination, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
