Role Description The Project Intern role is a full time, remote position supporting key initiatives across referral programs, resume services, and upskilling resources. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting research on job markets and employer needs, organizing and updating databases for referral networks and member job listings, and assisting in the development and maintenance of documentation and process workflows.



The intern will help coordinate project timelines, track progress, and prepare status reports, as well as support communication with partners, members, and internal stakeholders.

Additional tasks may involve contributing to content for career resources, gathering user feedback, and recommending improvements to enhance the overall candidate experience.

Qualifications

- Strong research, data gathering, and information synthesis skills.
- Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., spreadsheets, project management platforms, shared documents).
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to organize tasks, manage time effectively, and work independently in a remote environment.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, HR, Communications, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
