Experience in executing brownfield hospital projects, where construction takes place within or adjacent to an operational hospital campus, will be strongly preferred.

Preferred candidate profile

- 15+ years of overall experience in construction/project management, with significant experience in large-scale building projects.
- Proven experience in leading large hospital construction projects, preferably projects of 1.53 lakh sq. ft. or larger.
- Strong preference for candidates with brownfield hospital / live-campus expansion experience.
- Experience in multistorey buildings involving complex MEP and specialist services is essential.
