Role Description The Project Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Roha, responsible for overseeing engineering and execution activities across assigned construction projects. The role includes coordinating project planning, reviewing technical drawings and specifications, and ensuring compliance with design, safety, and quality standards.

The Project

Engineer will support site execution by monitoring progress, managing resources, and collaborating with contractors, vendors, and cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues. Daily tasks involve tracking project milestones,



preparing reports, assisting in procurement of materials and equipment, and ensuring timely completion within budget. The role also involves maintaining clear communication with stakeholders and contributing to continuous improvement in project delivery.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Project Engineering and Electrical Engineering skills, with the ability to interpret drawings and technical specifications.
- Candidates should possess Project Management and Project Planning skills, including scheduling, resource allocation, and progress monitoring.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for coordination with clients, consultants, site teams, and vendors.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related engineering discipline.
- Experience in EPC, construction, or infrastructure projects, preferably in industrial or commercial environments.
- Knowledge of safety standards, quality control practices, and applicable codes and regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management or engineering software tools.
- Ability to work in office in Roha, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate in a multidisciplinary team environment.
