Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage end-to-end AI data capturing and data labeling projects. The candidate will be responsible for planning project activities, managing field/data collection and labeling teams, monitoring data quality, ensuring timely delivery, and coordinating with internal teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end AI data collection, capturing, annotation, and labeling projects.
- Plan project timelines, targets, resources, and daily/weekly deliverables.
- Manage and coordinate field data collectors, data annotators, and quality-check teams.
- Allocate tasks and monitor team productivity and performance.
- Ensure data is collected and labeled according to project guidelines and client requirements.
- Conduct regular quality checks and audits to maintain data accuracy and consistency.
- Track project progress through Excel, Google Sheets, dashboards, or project management tools.
- Identify operational issues, bottlenecks, and data-quality problems and resolve them promptly.
- Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders regarding project requirements, updates, and deliverables.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project reports.
- Ensure projects are completed within agreed timelines, quality standards, and targets.
- Train team members on project guidelines, data-capturing processes, and labeling instructions.
- Maintain proper documentation, SOPs, project guidelines, and quality reports.




- Handle escalations and ensure smooth communication between field, operations, labeling, and management teams.

Required Skills:

- 2–5 years of experience in Project Management, Data Operations, Data Collection, Data Annotation, BPO/KPO, AI/ML projects, or similar operations.
- Experience managing teams and multiple project activities simultaneously.
- Positive knowledge of data labeling/annotation and data collection processes.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work with targets, deadlines, and large teams.
- Good understanding of quality control and process management.
- Comfortable working in a rapid-paced technology/AI environment.

Preferred:

- Experience with AI/ML data projects.
- Experience managing field data collection teams.
- Knowledge of image, video, audio, text, or sensor-data annotation.
- Experience with annotation/data-labeling platforms is an advantage.
