About Project Samriddhi: Project Samriddhi is intended to address unemployment among the SC/ST and other economically weaker sections of society in the Kolhan region, including the extremist areas, especially in the Saranda forests. Its aim is to arrest the migration of youths, especially young women. Targeted at rural youth aged 16-27 years, Project Samriddhi focuses on equipping them with knowledge and skills through various interventions in healthcare and technical sector to make them employable and help them serve their community.

Purpose of the Role:





Implementation of the objectives of Project Samriddhi

- Facilitate communication between clients, team members and stakeholders as the project as per the needs.
- Ensure that all program activities adhere to organizational policies, standards, and regulations.
- Organise and conduct regular field visits to project sites for mobilization, meeting with stakeholders, to assess progress, identify challenges and maintain connectiveness with the clients and communities for improvement.
- Community engagement and mobilization in the project areas for ensure the reach out to the target clients and households.

Skill Set required:

- Interact positively with community, team members
- Good written and verbal communication skills in Hindi, English and Tribal languages
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Detail oriented, proactive, conflict management, perseverance
- Analyse and mitigate risks, time management

Work Experience: Minimum 2 Years of Relevant Experience

Minimum Qualification: Full time Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized Institute (Candidate with a degree in social work, rural development, or other social sector related fields will be preferred)
