We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support day-to-day project execution and team coordination. This is an entry-level role ideal for candidates with strong organizational skills and valuable written and verbal communication in English. Selected candidates will be trained on tools, workflows, and project management practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating daily project activities across teams
- Track task progress and update status reports regularly
- Maintain project schedules, timelines, and documentation
- Organize meetings, capture notes, and follow up on action items
- Draft and send clear, professional email communications to internal teams and stakeholders
- Ensure proper documentation, file organization, and version tracking
- Communicate updates, changes, and priorities effectively
- Identify delays or issues and report them to the reporting manager
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Any graduate (preferred: Engineering, Management, or related fields)
- 0–2 years of experience (freshers can apply)
- Strong English communication skills (written & verbal)
- Good email drafting and professional communication ability
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
