Billion Info Tech is looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to join our growing IT team in Zirakpur, Punjab.

The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in the IT/software development industry, along with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with internal teams, developers, designers, and management.
- Assist in planning, organizing, and monitoring multiple projects.
- Communicate with clients and understand project requirements.
- Follow up with team members to ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Prepare project updates, reports, and documentation.
- Schedule meetings and maintain clear communication between stakeholders.
- Identify potential project delays and communicate them to the concerned team.
- Help ensure projects are delivered within the agreed timeline and requirements.
- Manage project-related communication and maintain proper records.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2–3 years of experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar role.
- Experience working with an IT, Software Development, Fintech, Forex, Blockchain, or Financial Services company will be preferred.
- Positive understanding of financial technology (Fintech), Forex, CRM, Blockchain, or related digital products will be an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational, planning, and time-management abilities.
- Ability to coordinate with clients, developers, designers,



and internal teams.
- Strong follow-up skills to ensure tasks and projects are completed on time.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Basic understanding of software development and project lifecycle.
- Knowledge of project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, or similar tools.
- Experience in handling international clients and professional business communication will be an added advantage.
- Ability to understand business requirements and communicate them clearly to technical teams.
