Position: IT Project coordinator (PMP Certified)

Experience: 5+ years

Education: Any Graduates or PG, PMP - Certified (MUST)

Job Location: Andheri East, Mumbai (WFO mode)

Responsibilities:

- 5 - 12 years experience out of which min 4+ years in Project Coordination.
- Should have worked with IT System Integrator like us as a backend coordinator.
- Valuable in written and verbal English communication.
- Smart, Presentable as its a customer facing role.

Job Role :

- Maintain the records and updates of Project related details in Project CRM that includes Project Status and documentation updates.
- Coordinate with customer for the Project coordination related activities and documentation e.g. installation report etc.
- Coordinate internally with purchase, logistics for the project material updates and movement.
- Engineer arrangements from companys engineering team or assign engineer from Vendor team.
- Vendor coordination for engineer hiring reports, invoices etc.
- Coordinate with customer and HR team for compliance documentation required for Projects.
- Prepare PPT for customer Project review.
- Participate in Monthly Project review with selected customer.
