We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and self-driven Project Coordinator to support the smooth execution of our NetSuite consulting projects. The role will focus on project tracking, timesheet and effort analysis, SOW monitoring, billing coordination, risk identification, and management reporting. The ideal candidate is someone who naturally follows up, spots gaps, and ensures things stay on track.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project &
- Team Coordination

- Coordinate with consultants, Project Managers, and stakeholders to keep project

timelines, deliverables, and action items on track.

- Track multiple projects, follow up on commitments, and ensure deadlines are met.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project trackers and documentation.

1. Timesheet, Effort &
- SOW Tracking

- Monitor timesheet submissions and analyse actual effort against project plans and

approved SOWs.

- Track SOW consumption, scope, timelines, and remaining effort, and flag potential

overruns or deviations.

- Follow up on gaps, discrepancies, and unplanned effort.

1. Billing &




- Commercial Coordination

- Ensure timely submission of project efforts and billing inputs.

- Track billing milestones and coordinate with Project Managers, Finance, and delivery

teams.

- Identify missing information or delays that may impact invoicing and escalate

appropriately.

1. Risk, Reporting &
- Escalation

- Proactively identify delivery, effort, resource, timeline, and SOW-related risks.

- Prepare project dashboards and management reports covering project status, effort

utilisation, SOW consumption, billing readiness, and key risks.

- Escalate significant risks and deviations to the CXO/leadership team with transparent data and

context.

1. Process Improvement

- Identify gaps in project tracking, timesheet, billing, and reporting processes.

- Improve trackers, dashboards, and workflows to strengthen visibility, accountability, and

delivery discipline.
