Role & responsibilities To coordinate and monitor the day-to-day execution of civil and interior works at site, ensuring activities are planned and completed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, project schedule and commercial requirements. The role involves close coordination between the Project Manager, site execution team, consultants, architects, MEP teams, subcontractors and vendors.

Preferred candidate profile

- Good knowledge of civil and interior fit-out execution.

- Understanding of drawings, BOQs and specifications.

- Strong coordination and communication skills.

- Ability to read architectural/interior drawings.

- Good knowledge of construction sequencing and site practices.

- Ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors simultaneously.

- Positive knowledge of MS Excel, AutoCAD and MS Project/Primavera is preferred.

- Strong follow-up and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight project deadlines.
