Role & responsibilities

- To prepare resource occupancy planning across multiple projects by tracking capacity, demand, and skill requirements to ensure optimal utilization of personnel.
- To monitor resource chargeability at individual and project levels, identifying underutilized and overutilized resources and supporting corrective actions.
- To conduct weekly and monthly manhour tracking, maintaining accurate records of actual vs planned hours and analyzing deviations.
- To prepare monthly manhour forecasts aligned with project schedules, deliverables, and resource availability.
- To execute manhour loading for projects based on scope, timelines, and resource capacity.

- To support resolution of resource availability and allocation issues by coordinating with project managers and functional leads.




- To maintain and update change order logs, tracking status, impacts, and approvals in coordination with project managers and clients.
- To conduct client follow-ups and coordination for project updates, change approvals, and issue escalation.

- To prepare monthly revenue forecasts based on project progress, manhour consumption, and billing milestones.
- To track project control dashboards and reports to support management decision-making.

Engineering Consultancy background is a must. Early joining required. Candidate from IT Industry will not be considered.
