We are looking for a Program Operations Associate to join our Hyderabad team and support the implementation of our education and social impact programs.

The role involves a combination of office-based coordination, field visits, stakeholder interaction, training support, and digital platform management . You will work closely with Special Educators, schools, government stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure smooth project implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support day-to-day project operations from the Hyderabad office.
- Travel to schools and project locations across Hyderabad for coordination, implementation, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with Special Educators (SEs) and support them in using the organization's digital platform.
- Assist with training and onboarding of SEs.
- Follow up with SEs to ensure timely completion of project activities.
- Coordinate with schools, educators, government officials, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor project activities and help resolve operational challenges.
- Support testing and reporting of issues related to the digital platform.
- Maintain project trackers, reports, records, and regular updates.
- Work with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Participate in meetings, training sessions, reviews, and stakeholder interactions.

Requirements:

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Positive communication skills in English and Telugu/Hindi .

- Willingness to travel regularly across Hyderabad and nearby locations.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred/required for local travel.
- Comfortable working primarily from the office, with occasional work-from-home permitted with prior approval , based on work requirements.
