Role Summary

Lead project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and controls for large-scale construction projects, ensuring timely delivery, effective cost management, and accurate project reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain project schedules, baselines, and recovery plans.

- Monitor project progress, productivity, milestones, and critical paths.

- Prepare project control reports, dashboards, and progress updates for stakeholders.

- Conduct schedule, risk, and delay analysis and recommend corrective actions.

- Coordinate with project teams, consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure alignment with project objectives.

- Support cost control, change management, forecasting, and performance tracking.

- Ensure compliance with project controls procedures and reporting requirements.

Key Skills

- Solid expertise in project planning, scheduling, and project controls.

- Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and reporting tools.

- Experience in cost control, risk management, and earned value analysis.

- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience on large commercial, mixed-use, industrial, or infrastructure projects preferred.
