Nualgi Nanobiotech is a small family-based company that develops nanotechnology-based products and solutions across agriculture, aquaculture, and water rejuvenation. Our products focus on enhancing natural processes and reducing chemical inputs in both plant and water segments.

Our products in the plant segment includes Nualgi Foliar Spray and Nualgi Soil Health that boosts photosynthesis in plants and improves microbial activities in soil, thereby increasing the nutrient uptake, reducing chemical inputs and helping grow high quality, chemical-free, high yield crops.

Our products in the water segment include Nualgi Lakes and Ponds, Nualgi STP-ETP, Nualgi

Beneficial Culture and Nualgi Aquaculture that when sprayed on polluted water, helps grow diatoms which improves dissolved oxygen content from photosynthesis, breaks down organic waste and becomes a part of the marine food chain.

We are a small, passionate team. The Project Assistant (Internship) is a full time, on-site role based in

Bengaluru, KA. If you join us, you will do practical work on real projects — not busywork. This is a paid internship with the possibility of full-time employment after graduation.

Role Description

You will primarily support water rejuvenation projects in and around Bangalore. Specific responsibilities include:

- Accompany management on field visits to water bodies — lakes, ponds, sewage treatment plants
- Perform physical assessments of water bodies: observe, measure, and document conditions onsite
- Help develop project proposals and water treatment plans
- Liaise with water measurement agencies, equipment and sensor companies, clients,



and contractors
- Assist in training customers on water treatment protocols developed for each project
- Track project progress and maintain documentation using standard tools (Google Docs, Sheets,

Excel)

Qualifications

Education

- Graduated or Final-year BSc or MSc student in biology, biochemistry, microbiology, environmental science, nanotechnology, or a related field
- MBA graduates with a science undergraduate background are also welcome

Skills and Mindset

- Self-sufficient learner — you can pick up a new topic, research it independently, and explain it clearly
- Organized and reliable — you track tasks, follow through on commitments, and flag issues early
- Comfortable with field work: travel to sites around Bangalore, minor physical activity (measuring,

lifting, bending)
- Proficient with Google Docs, Sheets, or Excel for documentation and project tracking
- Practical working knowledge of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini) for research and drafting
- Strong communication skills — written and verbal, in both English and Kannada

Language

- Fluent in Kannada — essential for working with local clients, agencies, and contractors in

Bangalore

- Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
