Role Description The Programming Faculty – Coding & Computer Education is a full-time, in office role based in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. The faculty member will design and deliver lessons in programming, computer science, and related IT topics, using clear explanations, demonstrations, and practical exercises.

Responsibilities include preparing curricula and lesson plans, conducting classroom and lab sessions, assessing learner progress through assignments and exams, and providing constructive feedback. The role involves updating course content to reflect current industry trends, guiding learners on projects, and supporting them in building portfolios and career-ready skills. The faculty member will also participate in academic planning, maintain accurate records, and contribute to a positive,



professional classroom environment.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Computer Science and Information Technology, with the ability to teach core concepts clearly.
- Proficiency in Programming, including practical coding skills and experience guiding learners through projects.
- Experience in Curriculum Development for coding and computer education, including creating structured lesson plans and assessments.
- Knowledge of Cybersecurity fundamentals and best practices, with the ability to introduce learners to secure computing concepts.
- Relevant academic qualification in Computer Science, IT, or related field (Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred).
- Prior teaching, training, or mentoring experience in technical subjects, ideally in an institutional or classroom setting.
- Strong communication, presentation, and classroom management skills, with a learner-centered teaching approach.
- Ability to use educational technology, coding tools, and learning management systems to support instruction.
- Commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory education and willingness to support learners with diverse backgrounds and skill levels.

Programming Languages / Technologies: C, C++, Python, Java, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, C#/.NET, SQL, PHP or other relevant programming technologies.
