Role Description The Program Manager & Manager Finance & Compliance is a full-time, on-site role based in Aurangabad. The role involves planning, implementing, and monitoring incubation and entrepreneurship programs, including coordinating with start-ups, mentors, and partners to ensure effective program delivery. The individual will oversee financial operations such as budgeting, fund utilization tracking, reporting, and ensuring adherence to organizational policies and statutory requirements.

They will manage compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and donor guidelines,



including maintaining accurate documentation and preparing reports for internal and external stakeholders. The position also includes stakeholder engagement, process improvement, and supporting strategic initiatives that strengthen the innovation and start-up ecosystem.

Qualifications

- Strong program management capabilities, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting for multiple initiatives.
- Proficiency in finance-related tasks such as budgeting, financial analysis, fund management, and preparation of financial statements.
- Knowledge of compliance, governance, and regulatory frameworks applicable to not-for-profit and Section-8 companies.
- Ability to collaborate with start-ups, mentors, institutional partners, and government agencies, with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to prepare reports, proposals, and presentations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with attention to detail in documentation and data management.
- Comfort with MS Office and basic digital tools; experience with financial or project management software is an advantage.

- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Management, Finance, Commerce, Economics, or a related field; prior experience in incubation, start-up ecosystem, or development sector is preferred.
