Job Purpose :

The role is responsible for accelerating growth across two of the largest bank partnerships in the Life Insurance bancassurance space by leading product interventions, digital program management, and key people programs for the channel. The role will identify opportunities for growth by addressing existing gaps, weak areas compared to competitive offerings, and customerneed gaps. It will also drive execution of product launches, adoption, partner engagement on products, and a product calendar aimed at creating one winning product every month or quarter to energize sales teams.

The role will manage channels comprising 7, 500+ sales employees across more than 17, 000 branches and engaging with more than 70, 000 bank partner employees to source business. The volume of business sourced through these banks by ABSLI is expected to be close to INR 3, 000 crore in FY27 and expected to cross INR 4, 000 crore in FY28. The role will be supported by two team members: one for Digital Program Management and one for Key People Programs Management.

Accountability:

Product Lead & Product Growth

1. Identify opportunities for growth by addressing existing product gaps, competitionled weak areas, and customerneed gaps across the bank partnerships.
2. Plan and execute product launches with clear adoption plans, partner engagement, and targeted communication to the sales hierarchy.
3. Create and manage a rolling product calendar to deliver one winning product every month or quarter to drive focus and momentum for sales teams.
4. Track product adoption, sales traction, partner response, and field feedback to refine proposition, positioning, and launch effectiveness.

Digital Program Management

1. Own program management for all digital assets for the channel, including requirement gathering from user feedback and prioritization of feature enhancements.
2.



Coordinate with the Digital team for quick development, deployment, adoption, and issue resolution across channelfacing digital tools.
3. Correlate adoption and introduction of digital tools with improvement in productivity, business throughput, process efficiency, and field usage.
4. Drive innovation by exploring AI tools and digital models to solve process bottlenecks, improve efficiency, and identify current businessgeneration avenues.

Key People Programs Management

1. Design and manage initiatives to increase the percentage of FLS clearing each milestone from new joinee to Champion.
2. Coordinate interventions expected from the Sales Hierarchy, Training team, and HR functions to support successful progression and sustained performance of FLS.
3. Track milestone progression, intervention effectiveness, and funnel health to improve onboarding productivity and longterm channel success.
4. Build goverce rhythms, dashboards, and review inputs to help leadership monitor peopleprogram outcomes and take corrective action.

Channel Scale, Goverce & Team Management

1. Support two of the largest bank channels in Life Insurance bancassurance, covering a large distributed sales and partner ecosystem.
2. Drive structured goverce across product, digital, and people programs to ensure alignment with business priorities and channel growth objectives.
3. Lead and guide two team members supporting Digital Program Management and Key People Programs Management, ensuring clear ownership, execution discipline, and measurable outcomes.
4. Prepare updates, dashboards, review notes, and leadership communication on key initiatives, adoption, productivity, and business impact.
