With offices in Hyderabad and Vizag, the company connects 6000+ scholars, researchers, and students each year, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing in Science, Medicine, Healthcare, Clinical Research, Engineering, and Technology. Conferences are hosted across USA, Canada, UAE, Europe, Japan, Malaysia, South Africa, and Thailand.

Key Responsibilities

- Source data of renowned Researchers, Scholars, Business Professionals, and Students through websites, social networks, related events, and publications.
- Review and analyze research works to identify similarities and establish academic/industry connections.
- Prepare and forward research analysis reports to management for conference planning.
- Communicate professionally with clients via email and phone; respond to inquiries and provide solutions.
- Resolve issues by identifying problems, researching alternatives, and escalating when required.
- Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for Conference Chairs, Scientific Committees, Keynote & Invited Speakers.
- Contribute actively to conference program design and content development.
- Travel internationally when required to manage conference logistics onsite.
- Maintain accurate information/data and ensure adherence to company guidelines.




- Support organizational growth by taking ownership of new initiatives and ensuring quality outcomes.

Basic Requirements

- Strong communication and written skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and good internet research skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Willingness to travel abroad for conference coordination.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
