Production support Manager JD

Candidate should be able to play role of technical role and individual contributor. Resource should be interested in prod support.

Experience

8–12 years of experience, with a strong passion for working on Production Support projects.

Must-Have Technical Skills:

Strong knowledge of React JS, Java, Spring Boot/Batch, Cloud technologies, GraphQL, GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines.

Significant experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Dynatrace, Splunk, or similar platforms, along with exposure to AI, ML, and Agentic AI.

Experience with Azure or other cloud platforms (No Azure DevOps).

Role Expectations

Ability to support applications and resolve issues quickly, with proven skills in driving and managing war rooms for critical P1/P2 incidents.

Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, supported by effective communication, presentation skills, a positive attitude, and self-motivation.

Positive to Have

Python, containerization and dockerization, Kubernetes, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines, SonarQube, Artifactory, Git, unit testing, and mocking.
