Job Title- Production Support-PLSQL

Location- Bangalore/Pune/Mumbai

Experience Required- 5+

:

- 5+ years of L2 Production support experience
- Must have experience in Banking projects
- Strong PL/ SQL and Unix skills
- Cloud understanding or experience is advantageous
- Experience in ITIL concepts
- Exposure of KYC, payment, or Banking experience
- Positive communication skills

Detailed JD:

- Strong understanding of Linux/Unix administration and network infrastructure.
- SQL querying and database troubleshooting
- Certificate and SSL management; Route and connectivity investigation
- Monitoring & Observability – Geneos, Splunk, Grafana & New Relic, Scheduling Tools (Control-M). Splunk dashboard creation and analysis.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and an ability to think independently to ensure solutions are achieved.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a team environment where solutions may come from multiple areas
- Curious approach to problem solving with a desire for quality and avoiding repeat incidents.
