Role Description:

The Production Supervisor is a full time, in office role based at the KRYFS. This role is responsible for overseeing daily production operations, ensuring adherence to production schedules, and maintaining consistent output quality and safety standards.

The Production

Supervisor coordinates production planning activities, allocates resources, and monitors equipment and workforce performance to meet delivery timelines. The role involves supervising and mentoring production team members, resolving operational issues,



and promoting continuous improvement in line with the “Hamesha Kaizen” culture.

Supervisor collaborates closely with quality, maintenance, and logistics teams to optimize productivity and support sustainable manufacturing practices.

Experience- Minimum 5 Years

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills and Production Management capabilities to lead teams and oversee end-to-end shop floor activities.
- Candidates should possess experience in Production Planning and managing Production Schedules to ensure timely and efficient output.
- Candidates should possess clear and effective Communication skills for coordinating with cross-functional teams and guiding production staff.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of manufacturing processes, safety practices, and quality standards in an industrial or transformer production environment.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related technical field, along with prior experience in a supervisory role within production operations.
- Ability to analyze production data, use basic productivity and reporting tools, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and willingness to work in an on-site industrial setting in Palghar.
