Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing activities and ensure production targets are achieved efficiently. The candidate will be responsible for supervising shop floor operations, managing workers, maintaining quality standards, ensuring safety compliance, and supporting smooth production processes.

Key ResponsibilitiesProduction Operations

- Supervise daily production activities and ensure timely completion of production schedules.
- Monitor manufacturing processes to achieve production targets and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure smooth workflow and minimize downtime.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machinery, tools, and materials.
- Track daily production output and report performance to management.

Workforce Management
- Supervise and manage production workers and machine operators.
- Assign duties and monitor employee productivity.
- Maintain discipline, attendance, and workplace standards.
- Train new employees on production processes, safety procedures, and quality standards.

Quality Control
- Ensure products are manufactured according to company quality specifications.
- Conduct regular inspections during production.
- Identify defects and coordinate corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Work closely with the Quality Department to maintain product standards.

Material & Inventory Coordination




- Monitor raw material availability for uninterrupted production.
- Coordinate with stores and procurement departments for material requirements.
- Reduce wastage and ensure efficient material utilization.

Safety & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and company policies.
- Promote a safe and clean working environment.
- Report accidents, equipment issues, and safety concerns immediately.

Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain daily production records and reports.
- Monitor production efficiency, machine utilization, and manpower performance.
- Report production challenges and recommend improvements.

Qualifications
- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in production supervision within manufacturing industries.
- Experience in gym equipment, fitness equipment, steel fabrication, engineering, or related manufacturing sectors preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
