- Plan and execute daily production activities as per the production plan.

- Allocate manpower and workstations effectively to ensure smooth production operations.

- Monitor production output, productivity, downtime, wastage and material consumption.

- Ensure production is carried out as per approved SOPs, process parameters and quality standards.

- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores and Planning departments for smooth production.

- Ensure availability and proper utilisation of raw materials, packaging materials and other resources.

- Monitor machines and equipment during production and immediately coordinate with Maintenance for breakdowns or abnormalities.

- Maintain and verify production records, batch records, logbooks and shift reports.

- Identify production losses, quality issues and process deviations and take corrective action in coordination with concerned departments.

- Ensure compliance with company systems, quality requirements and applicable statutory/safety requirements.

- Prepare and submit daily/shift production reports and highlight deviations against targets.

Pay: ₹11,019.96 - ₹32,381.68 per month
