- Oversee daily operations of the seafood production facility to ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations.

- Maintain production schedules and manage staff to ensure efficient production processes.

- Implement safety and health regulations to ensure a safe working workplace.

- Conduct regular inspections of production machinery and equipment to ensure they are functioning properly.

- Collaborate with production planners to ensure all processes and shifts are coordinated and efficient.

- Train and guide staff to maintain high standards of product quality and operational excellence.

- Monitor product quality and enforce HACCP/FSSAI standards to ensure compliance with food safety regulations.

- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.

- Ensure timely completion of production targets and maintain meticulous batch records.
