Job Title: Production & QC Engineer

Qualifications & Skills:

- Education: Diploma / BE in Mechanical Engg.
- Experience: Min. 2 years experience in Equipment fabrication, Structural fabrication, Machinery & Products.
- Technical Skills: Should have knowledge of various manufacturing process like - Fabrication, Machining, Cutting, Sheet metals, Drilling, Welding, Bending, Grinding, etc. In depth knowledge of quality check & assurance parameters in fabrication industry.
- Knwoledge of Material test Certificate & its relevant paramenters (Chemical & Mechanical properties of material)
- Languages: Proficiency in Marathi, Hindi, and English for effective communication with team members and other departments.

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

- Oversee & Monitor daily production activities to ensure efficient and smooth operations in collaboration with the plan head.
- Production activity & execution planning as per delivery date. Should able to handle manpower accordingly.
- Prepare list out of outsourcing material & Outsourcing vender follow up.
- Drawing study/reading & Drawing allocation to production supervisor.
- Maintaining material stocks and ordering whenever necessary.
- As a Quality Control Engineer is responsible for ensuring that fabricated products meet customer specifications, applicable codes and standards, quality requirements, and regulatory compliance throughout the manufacturing process.
- Quality control and quality assurance-inprocess inspection, final inspection, QA reports, inward inspection.
- Prepare and maintain quality documentation, including inspection reports, checklist, quality standards, SOPs as per ITP/QAP.
- Conduct inspections and testing of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products.
- Detailed Understanding fabrication drawing, Knowledge of GD & T,



Drawing Interpretation, welding process, machining process, Fabrication of MS & SS., measuring instruments used in a machine shop.
- Must have knowledge of Material TC & its parameters as per Material classifications/grades.
- Monitoring closely with production team for DT & NDT requirements & to be done with the help of NDT personel.
- Prepare final Quality dossier / set of documents to client for the dispatch clearance.
- Understanding & Prepare WPS, PQR & WPQ.
- Overview the in-process quality & welding processes on shop floor.
- Inspect/Verify the product quality assurance & control, before offering to the final inspection by client.
- Co-ordination with Project, Design, QC, Process, Purchase, Maintenance & Store department to optimize production efficiency and effectiveness.
- Verifying all designs and making sure if all requirements are fulfilled in accordance with design/client requirement.
- Knowledge of Standards ISO, ASME, BS, EN, DIN Knowledge of preparation of welding procedures as per International standards.
- Technically sound, good Communication Skill verbally and in written, Result Oriented.
- Proficiency in Computer basic skill, Email, Microsoft excel/word, report creation.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
