Khosla Machines is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Production Planning Executive to join our team.

Location: Panchkula, Haryana

Qualification:* Diploma / B.Tech – Mechanical / Production preferred

Experience:* 1–3 years in Production / PPC / Machine Manufacturing

What You’ll Handle

- Daily & weekly production planning and machine-wise tracking
- Plan vs. Actual monitoring
- ERP operations – RPO/WO, BOM, material shortage, stock transfer & material requisition
- BOM-wise material availability and shortage follow-up
- Coordination with Design, Purchase, Stores, QC & Service
- Tracking critical and long-lead materials
- Supporting machine assembly, trials, dry/wet runs & FAT readiness
- Maintaining trial/FAT records and pending points
- Daily production status and delay reporting
- Basic RCA / 5 Why problem-solving

Key Skills

✅ MS Excel & Reporting

✅ ERP knowledge – Microsoft Dynamics NAV / similar ERP

✅ Robust follow-up & coordination

✅ Good communication skills

✅ Ownership & problem-solving mindset

✅ Comfortable working on the shop floor

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
