Experience- 3-6 Years (preferring electronics and electrical background)

Qualification: B.Tech / B.E / Diploma in Electronics / Electrical

Key Requirements:

1. Receive sales forecast (2 months tentative, 1 month firm) from Marketing and sales requirements through ERP.
2. Prepare Production Plan (IMS/PPC/IF03), Materials plan for PMC (IMS/PPC/IF04), and Materials plan for bought out items (IMS/PPC/IF05).
3. Share plans with all concerned stakeholders.
4. Create work orders in ERP for next 3 days based on production plan.
5. Review material availability and arrange shortage items on priority.
6. Create alternate work orders as needed and track data to reduce shortages.
7. Monitor actual production against plan and adjust accordingly.
8.



Manage stock levels of Finished Goods and Raw Materials/Components to avoid over-stocking or under-stocking.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare production plans, material plans, and purchase orders
2. Manage inventory levels and optimize stock holding
3. Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders
4. Ensure compliance with legal, quality, and safety standards
