Role Description The Production Manager role is a full-time, in office position based in Gujarat, India.

The Production

Manager will oversee daily production activities, including planning, scheduling, and monitoring the manufacturing of electrical distribution panels and related solutions to meet quality, safety, and delivery standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating resources, supervising production teams, ensuring adherence to technical specifications, and implementing process improvements to optimize efficiency and reduce downtime. The role also involves close collaboration with design, quality, procurement, and maintenance teams,



preparing production reports, and supporting commissioning requirements for projects.

The Production

Manager will foster a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and accountability on the shop floor while aligning production outputs with customer and project requirements.

Qualifications

- Strong experience in production management or manufacturing operations within electrical panels or industrial electrical solutions.
- Knowledge of electrical distribution panels, LT/HT, Solar distribution box and combiner box.
- Proficiency in production planning, resource allocation, workflow optimization, and process improvement methodologies.
- Ability to supervise and develop production teams, manage performance, and promote safe work practices.
- Familiarity with quality standards, testing and commissioning procedures, and compliance requirements in electrical engineering.
- Capability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and engineering documentation.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills with attention to detail and reliability.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related technical field; relevant industry certifications are an advantage.
- Experience in renewable energy or clean-energy projects is beneficial.
