About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Production Manager to take ownership of day-to-day manufacturing operations at our Bengaluru facility.

The Production Manager will be responsible for production planning and execution across instant noodles, Hakka noodles, seasonings and blended spice mixes, while ensuring production targets, quality, food safety, productivity and cost objectives are achieved.

The role requires close coordination with QA/QC, R&D;, Procurement, Stores, Maintenance and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth and efficient production operations.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute daily, weekly and monthly production schedules.

Manage end-to-end shop-floor production operations.

Lead production teams, supervisors, operators and contract manpower.

Manage noodle, seasoning and spice-blending operations.

Ensure adherence to approved recipes, formulations, batch specifications and SOPs.

Monitor production output, yield, productivity, wastage and machine utilization.

Identify production bottlenecks and minimize downtime.

Reduce material wastage, rejection,



rework and process losses.

Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, FSSAI and food safety requirements.

Maintain proper hygiene, sanitation and production discipline.

Coordinate with QA/QC to resolve quality issues and process deviations.

Coordinate with Maintenance to minimize machine breakdowns and downtime.

Work closely with Stores and Procurement to ensure uninterrupted availability of raw materials and packaging materials.

Maintain production records, batch documentation and daily MIS reports.

Train and develop production personnel.

Drive 5S, Kaizen, Lean and continuous improvement initiatives.

Support management in achieving production, quality and cost targets.

Candidate Profile

5–10 years of relevant experience in food manufacturing, FMCG or food processing.

Experience in instant noodles, Hakka noodles, seasonings, spice blending, masala, dry mixes or similar food products is strongly preferred.

Proven experience managing production lines and production teams.

Strong knowledge of food manufacturing processes and shop-floor operations.

Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, FSSAI and food safety practices.

Experience in production planning, yield improvement, wastage reduction and cost control.

Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

Hands-on and result-oriented approach.

Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing workplace.

- Degree/Diploma in Food Technology, Food Science, Production, Mechanical Engineering or a related field is preferred.
