Role Overview

The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily production activities, ensuring that manufacturing processes run efficiently and meet company targets.



This role involves coordinating resources, maintaining quality control, ensuring timely production, and implementing strategies for improving efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee Day-to-day production operations to ensure that production schedules are met.
- Proficiency in CNC and VMC machine, both operational and functional knowledge.
- Handling manpower, daily monitoring and pressure handling to meet the targets.
- Ensure all activities by having basic planning and must have production knowledge.
- Preparation of daily reports and documentation.
- Hands on functional knowledge in Machine Shop.
- Proficiency in automobile components, and have worked in the Automobile Industry.
- Productivity office tools (MS Excel, 5s, Six Sigma, CAPA).
